A training format with a focus on workload capacity, endurance performance, and recovery . Ideal for preparing for events like HYROX, without the pressure of competition.

INVICTA – targeted training for women

Sessions specially developed for women with a focus on cycle optimization, targeted muscle building, core stability and hormone-friendly load control .

FemFit & Flourish – Pre- and Postnatal Training by Meike

Meike is a trained coach for expectant and new mothers, with well-thought-out concepts for pelvic floor, core, mobility, and stability – scientifically sound and empathetically supported, she helps everyone achieve their goals!
